Windows has internet connection but cannot browse -- Fix
Open cmd as administrator
Run the following commands and then restart the computer:
1. netsh winsock reset catalog
Sucessfully reset the Winsock Catalog. You must restart the computer in order to complete the reset.
-- resets Window's Winsock entries
2. netsh int ip reset reset.log hit
Resetting Global, OK!
Resetting Interface, OK!
......
Restart the computer to complete this action.
-- resets Window's TCP/IP stack
Make sure in internet version 4 properties window, the DNS server ip address is set correctly, or use Automatic.
